A Simple Fall Centerpiece
This centerpiece is so incredibly easy to make that even I don’t have problems messing it up. First you cut off the top of a smallish pumpkin. Then you clean it out. Add some soil to it, plant a flower, add some more soil and then water it. Voila! You now have a gorgeous and festive Fall decoration.

That is adorable! I’m just wondering though, how long will it last before the pumpkin starts to go bad? I’d like to make a couple for a certain event but don’t want to make them too far ahead if the pumpkin won’t last.

If my memory doesn’t fail me, these pumpkins will last about a week or maybe a little longer. Depends on how fresh the pumpkin is to begin with. We haven’t made ours yet this season, so my memory isn’t super reliable.
Enjoy!
