Menu Plan Monday – Sept. 17, 2007

Fall’s crisp weather is definitely starting to arrive. Even some of the leaves on the trees lining our street are already beginning to change color. And while I type, rain is gently falling.

With the coming of Autumn, my favorite season, also comes my craving for hot, delicious tasting soups. I think I will need to find some new recipes to add to my collection this year. Do you have any to share?

Monday: Tortilla Soup and fruit

Tuesday: Sweet and Sour Meatballs, rice and veggies

Wednesday: Leftovers

Thursday: Teriyaki Chicken, Fried Rice and veggies

Friday: Orecchiette Pasta, fruit and veggies

Saturday: Chicken Noodle Soup, fresh bread and fruit

Sunday: My day off
