The whisper voice is still in effect in our house because my throat is still raw, but I am hoping my energy level will come back soon. We only have 4 weeks of summer left until school starts. It’s no fun wasting this precious time being sick. I detest feeling under the weather.
If there is anything in this week’s menu that you would like the recipe for, just let me know and I will get it posted.
Monday: Pasta with Chicken Pesto Sauce, fruit and veggies
Tuesday: Sweet and Sour Meatballs, rice and veggies
Wednesday: Keri’s 6th Birthday! We might be heading out to dinner, depends on how we are all feeling.
Thursday: Leftovers
Friday: Thai Chicken Wraps and fruit
Saturday: Lemon Herb Chicken and Vegetable Couscous (Carry over meal from last week.)
Sunday: My Day Off
As usual, if you never know what to cook for dinner and/or you need more recipes, please visit Laura The Organizing Junkie for more Menu Plan Monday participants.
Bon appetit!

I love hearing what others are cooking up for their families. Thanks for the ideas. My family is seriously bored with my cooking.

Hi there!! I just wanted to take a minute to come by and say thanks for participating in my Mary Kay blog give away. Since you showed interest in Mary Kay products by entering the contest, I would also like to ask, do you already have a consultant who serves you??? If not, I would be honored to have that privilege! I will be hosting an MK Web party (at my Mary Kay Website – http://www.marykay.com/susannereeder) sometime in the next couple of weeks, and I will be posting the invitation on my blog very soon. This will be a “Mystery Hostess” party full of wonderful prizes, so be on the lookout for the all the details including the date and time. Thanks again for your interest. Have a POSITIVELY PINK day!!!
Love and Prayers,
Susanne Reeder

I discovered this blog linked from another one I read and I love the menu plans you post. I made the meatballs tonight and they were delish! It’s the second recipe I’ve tried from this site and they have been great so far. I love learning new easy recipes to change things up and add variety!!

the fact that people are able to do this just always amazes me. i’m hoping that some time soon i can do this sort of thing. my husband makes it difficult sometimes, (he is doing the eat right for your blood type thing and we have different blood types) but we’re working on things. thanks for the inspiration.
