One of my favorite gadgets in our kitchen is my set of flexible cutting boards, nicknamed “Chop Chop’s”
since that is the brand I first bought. These mats store easily, keep your knives sharper longer because of their pliable surface and above all they allow you to easily funnel food into pans, bowls and other dishes. If you want to be really fancy and organized and so you don’t cross-contaminate food, then you can utilize the different colors they come in. One could be used for vegetables, another for fruit and yet another for meat. You can even get creative and roll out dough on them for pastries or cool cookies on them.
If you don’t want these mats to get all warped and curvy, then make sure you wash them by hand instead of throwing them in the dishwasher.

Thanks for the idea, Friend! Sounds like they’d work for me, too.

I love my chop chops, too! I cut one of mine in half because sometimes you just want a baby-sized chop chop. (It was John Marshall’s idea)

I must be living in a cave because I’ve never seen those! I’ll have to go check it out. I have a shatterproof glass one which I thought was pretty nifty because it’s sanitary, but I’d love a flexible one too!
